to a page where you can download and print out the relevant shipping labels, i.e
AWB (Courier Air Waybills - barcode) - Proforma or Commercial invoice - Address label.
The above documents are standard for any international shipment.
Please note, if additional documentation is required for the import of any particular item, it is the
customer's responsibility to provide them at destination.
Restrictions
Goods travelling by 'Cargo' are subject to different restrictions to those travelling as carry-on
luggage.
A shipment to Spain is deemed unacceptable if: it is classified as
hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air
Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) or other relevant organisation.
Many items which appear harmless in everyday use can pose danger on air transport and are consequently
forbidden for transport.
The following page displays a sampling of common prohibited and restricted goods.

Packing Advice
Your parcel must be boxed and well packaged. This will reduce the risk of damage to any item during
transit or any associated automated distribution process.
Please be aware the item is not taken by hand from collection to destination and will visit many sorted
facilities on its journey. For that reason, you need to protect the items to ensure they make it from A
to B safely.
The following packaging guidelines are recommendations to assist you in packaging your shipment:

Shipment Protection
When you book a shipping service to Spain, you will be able to choose an
appropriate level of cover for your shipment. We offer enhanced parcel protection for up to £2000
for a small additional fee.
If you do not purchase enhanced Shipment Protection, your shipment will be only covered to a maximum
value of £50 as per the limited liability set out in our
Terms & Conditions and subject to your
parcel passing minimum packaging requirements.
Please note that the declared value for customs purposes is not related to the declared value selected
for Shipment Protection. We encourage all customers to purchase shipment protection cover for loss or
damage.

There are some baseline standards that must be adhered to when dealing with international shipping and at Rapidparcel.com we're absolutely certain that we meet and surpass all of them. Your parcel delivery to Zaragoza will be dealt with safely and securely and will arrive at its destination in tip-top condition. That's the type of service we like to feel our customers are able to take for granted when organising shipping to Zaragoza. Many times, however, the most important part of truly successful Zaragoza shipping will be the certainty of when it will reach its destination. We're not called Rapid Parcel for nothing, so for the fastest, most affordable shipping service come to our courier comparison and booking website.
The Spanish city of Zaragoza lies on the banks of the River Ebro in the north east of Spain, surrounded by landscape that varies from desert to meadow, and forest to mountains. Every year it attracts thousands of tourists keen to sample the winter sports available in the nearby Pyrenees Mountains, home to very many of the country's best ski resorts. Other landmarks that draw visitors include La Seo Cathedral and the Aljafería Palace. The city is one of Spain's main economic centres, a position bolstered by its location along the route of the high-speed AVE railway line, a position that means that both Madrid and Barcelona can be reached in less than ninety minutes.
We feel that the most certain way to ensure the best service for everyone who books a Zaragoza package delivery through us is to focus on you, the customer. This means that your package delivery to Zaragoza will be handled through a combination of skilled dedication and professionalism, long-term stability and customer service, and using the latest technology to move the process of booking shipping to Zaragoza wholly online. Similarly, as far as our services are concerned, we like to mix those things that any customer would take for granted, such as secure shipping and safe handling of your Zaragoza parcel delivery, with extras they are unlikely to find anywhere else. Amongst these extras is the option to have your parcel delivery to Zaragoza delivered specifically by 9.00, 10.00 or 12 noon the next day. This lets our customers inform international business partners precisely when they'll be receiving those vital contracts, or know for certain that a birthday gift they're shipping to Zaragoza will be handed over in time for the start of the celebrations.
It's this willingness to come up with these premium extras that distinguishes us from our competitors. That and the fact that we do so without charging premium prices - the size of our business and the partnerships we've formed over decades of working alongside our courier partners mean we've managed to negotiate market-leading rates on our customers' behalf. Not only will customers get the finest possible service for their Zaragoza shipping, but they'll do so at the best possible price, and the same is true of a parcel delivery to Alicante, a package delivery to Palma de Mallorca or shipping to anywhere else in Europe.
