The above documents are standard for any international shipment.
Please note, if additional documentation is required for the import of any particular item, it is the

Restrictions
Goods travelling by 'Cargo' are subject to different restrictions to those travelling as carry-on
luggage.
A shipment to Spain is deemed unacceptable if: it is classified as
hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air
Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) or other relevant organisation.
Many items which appear harmless in everyday use can pose danger on air transport and are consequently
forbidden for transport.
The following page displays a sampling of common prohibited and restricted goods.

Packing Advice
Your parcel must be boxed and well packaged. This will reduce the risk of damage to any item during
transit or any associated automated distribution process.
Please be aware the item is not taken by hand from collection to destination and will visit many sorted
facilities on its journey. For that reason, you need to protect the items to ensure they make it from A
to B safely.
The following packaging guidelines are recommendations to assist you in packaging your shipment:

Shipment Protection
When you book a shipping service to Spain, you will be able to choose an
appropriate level of cover for your shipment. We offer enhanced parcel protection for up to £2000
for a small additional fee.
If you do not purchase enhanced Shipment Protection, your shipment will be only covered to a maximum
value of £50 as per the limited liability set out in our
Terms & Conditions and subject to your
parcel passing minimum packaging requirements.
Please note that the declared value for customs purposes is not related to the declared value selected
for Shipment Protection. We encourage all customers to purchase shipment protection cover for loss or

Whatever the reason you want to book a package delivery to Palma de Mallorca, whether it’s personal, commercial or a combination of the two, the RapidParcel.com courier comparison website is the place to come if you want the process to be as simple, and take up as little time, as possible. We’re the professionals and, unlike some other courier comparison sites, we think that means we, rather than the customer, should do the hard work involved.
Palma de Mallorca is a major city and the biggest port on the holiday island of Majorca, with a population of just over four hundred thousand people and an airport, the Son Sant Joan, which serves over 22 million passengers each year. First founded in Roman times, the city has passed through Byzantine, Muslim and Christian periods, a varied history which is reflected in the eclectic architecture of the ‘Old City’.
We appreciate the fact that, for many people, organising shipping to Palma de Mallorca may seem like a daunting prospect involving tracking down the best couriers, comparing and contrasting different deals from different firms and trying to keep tabs on the various features that different companies offer. Even if you run a business that makes use of Palma de Mallorca shipping on a regular basis, organising a package delivery can be time consuming and distracting. That’s why we go out of our way to make sure that, as well as offering the highest standards of service at the best possible prices, we make booking a Palma de Mallorca parcel delivery as simple as it possibly can be.
Parcel delivery in 6 easy steps
To this end, we’ve broken the process down into six easy steps, which follow, one after the other, in an instinctive logical order once you’ve accessed our website. Before doing anything you can look at the couriers we work with and note the high standards they represent – only the very best will be handling your Palma de Mallorca shipping. Then the first step is to input your details and get a list of quotes to compare, quotes that reflect our unique ability to negotiate rates that simply won’t be matched elsewhere. The next step in booking your delivery is to choose the service that suits you best, then provide the addresses for collection and delivery, give a few more details on precisely what is being sent and where to, confirm all these details, and then make payment using our safe, secure payment system. Having completed these six simple steps you’ll have booked your shipping to Palma de Mallorca and can leave the rest up to us.
Our two decades of experience in the field have allowed us to streamline the process to this extent whilst still maintaining the highest standards of customer service and delivery efficiency. Whether it’s a Palma de Mallorca package delivery, a package delivery to Malaga, a parcel delivery to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, or a shipment anywhere else in the world, peace of mind really is six simple steps away.
Our service, our processes and our carrier partners are assessed on a regular basis to always strive to simplify the booking process, generate increased trust in our offering and introduce innovations that make using RapidParcel.com for all of your parcel deliveries to anywhere in the world the courier comparison and booking website of choice.
