Documents Needed
After you have paid for a shipping service to Spain, you will be redirected
to a page where you can download and print out the relevant shipping labels, i.e
AWB (Courier Air Waybills - barcode) - Proforma or Commercial invoice - Address label.
The above documents are standard for any international shipment.
Please note, if additional documentation is required for the import of any particular item, it is the
customer's responsibility to provide them at destination.
Restrictions
Goods travelling by 'Cargo' are subject to different restrictions to those travelling as carry-on
luggage.
A shipment to Spain is deemed unacceptable if: it is classified as
hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air
Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) or other relevant organisation.
Many items which appear harmless in everyday use can pose danger on air transport and are consequently
forbidden for transport.
The following page displays a sampling of common prohibited and restricted goods.

Packing Advice
Your parcel must be boxed and well packaged. This will reduce the risk of damage to any item during
transit or any associated automated distribution process.
Please be aware the item is not taken by hand from collection to destination and will visit many sorted
facilities on its journey. For that reason, you need to protect the items to ensure they make it from A
to B safely.
The following packaging guidelines are recommendations to assist you in packaging your shipment:

Shipment Protection
When you book a shipping service to Spain, you will be able to choose an
appropriate level of cover for your shipment. We offer enhanced parcel protection for up to £2000
for a small additional fee.
If you do not purchase enhanced Shipment Protection, your shipment will be only covered to a maximum
value of £50 as per the limited liability set out in our
Terms & Conditions and subject to your
parcel passing minimum packaging requirements.
Please note that the declared value for customs purposes is not related to the declared value selected
for Shipment Protection. We encourage all customers to purchase shipment protection cover for loss or
damage.

If you need to make a package delivery to Malaga, and you have some flexibility where the timing is concerned, then take advantage of the money-saving options RapidParcel.com is happy to provide. Although the standards we apply to your Malaga shipping remain as high as ever, we make every effort to ensure that you don’t have to pay a penny more than you need to. Often our customers are business people with contracts that need despatching urgently, or individuals with time-sensitive deliveries such as birthday presents, but when this isn’t the case we don’t see why you should have to pay for next-day delivery, so we have a range of economy delivery services to choose from for your Malaga delivery .
Malaga is one of the oldest cities in the world and, as such, boasts relics and monuments from the Arabian, Roman, Christian and Phoenician eras, turning the city itself into a living museum showcasing over three thousand years of history. This richly historic environment, allied to Malaga’s position as the furthest south of Europe’s large cities, has led to the economy being driven largely by the tourist and construction industries; although in recent years the creation of the Technology Park of Andalusia has led to a boom in the hi-tech science fields, with 559 companies employing over 13,600 people.
When you next need to send a package to Malaga, whether it’s a vital piece of international commerce or a gift of a personal nature, you’ll want to be certain that whatever it is you’re shipping is in the safest possible hands. Once upon a time this might have meant going from courier to courier comparing deals and prices, which would have been both time consuming and stressful. At RapidParcel.com we make it easier to compare the options for your Malaga parcel delivery by gathering all the leading couriers in one place for you to compare and contrast.
The fact that they’re on our website means you know you can trust them because we know that we can after years working together.
Cut price delivery from first rate carriers
Depending on the nature of your Malaga package delivery you may wish to take advantage of our guaranteed next-day delivery, but often you may be more flexible with your timings and on such occasions you can opt to pay for Economy Delivery. Rest assured it’s not a second-rate option for your Malaga shipping. Your Malaga parcel delivery will be treated with exactly the same care and consideration, and will be open to the same wide range of collection, payment and booking options, as if you were paying the full price. The only difference with an economy package delivery to Malaga is that the pickup will take place before 3pm and the parcel will arrive at its destination within 1–3 working days. The same option is available across Europe; therefore, a parcel delivery to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a Seville package delivery, or shipments to anywhere on the continent can take advantage of this economy service.
To see just how affordable our Economy service can really be, take a look at the table below. It contains examples of real life deliveries that our carriers have handled for us and they show just how cheap it can be to use our service. Once you are convinced of this please do complete our Rapid Quote form to discover the precise options for your delivery.
