Failing to comply, the shipment will be subjected to Customs approval, which can take more than a week and will incurred additional charges.
Before sending your parcel to Indonesia, please make sure that none of the items in your parcels contravene the restrictions imposed by customs at destination.

Documents Needed
After you have paid for a shipping service to Indonesia, you will be redirected
to a page where you can download and print out the relevant shipping labels, i.e
AWB (Courier Air Waybills - barcode) - Proforma or Commercial invoice - Address label.
The above documents are standard for any international shipment.
Please note, if additional documentation is required for the import of any particular item, it is the
customer's responsibility to provide them at destination.
Restrictions
Goods travelling by 'Cargo' are subject to different restrictions to those travelling as carry-on
luggage.
A shipment to Indonesia is deemed unacceptable if: it is classified as
hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air
Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) or other relevant organisation.
Many items which appear harmless in everyday use can pose danger on air transport and are consequently
forbidden for transport.
The following page displays a sampling of common prohibited and restricted goods.

Packing Advice
Your parcel must be boxed and well packaged. This will reduce the risk of damage to any item during
transit or any associated automated distribution process.
Please be aware the item is not taken by hand from collection to destination and will visit many sorted
facilities on its journey. For that reason, you need to protect the items to ensure they make it from A
to B safely.
The following packaging guidelines are recommendations to assist you in packaging your shipment:

There's no better place to come to find a courier to handle your package
delivery to Indonesia than RapidParcel.com. Our special relationships
with our world-leading courier partners have helped us to develop the
single best online comparison and booking service for all your shipping
to Indonesia needs.
Indonesia comprises 17,508 islands that straddle the equator and offer
such biodiversity that there is only one other place on earth with a
greater variety of species, and that's Brazil. With around 238 million
people you'd expect Indonesia to be densely populated, but with only
6,000 of its islands inhabited there are many others on which wildlife
has thrived in its own natural wilderness. So when you think of this
country you may be more inclined to picture the many active volcanoes
that dot its landscape, and the untamed deserted islands on which
tropical animals and birds flourish, rather than appreciate that
Indonesia also has the largest economy in South East Asia. Because this
archipelago of islands is perfectly positioned for the trade routes of
Europe, Australia and Asia, people from these regions have been
shipping to Indonesia for centuries. Today, sending a package delivery
to Indonesia is far simpler, and with the help of Rapid Parcel's
courier partners all your shipping to Indonesia needs can be catered
for.
We pride ourselves on the convenience we offer every customer and
continuously review our policies and procedures to see whether there is
anything more we can do to make sending a package delivery to Indonesia
even easier. One of the major advantages we offer our customers is an
established network of drop-off points throughout the UK. Our
associated company's offices at Heathrow, Gatwick and most mainline
railway stations around the country allow you to drop off a parcel for

experienced shipping expert and ask any questions you might have about
packing, cost, timings, customs or anything else that will offer you
peace of mind, then your package delivery to Indonesia will be sped off
to its destination.
